There was no secrecy, no whispered words, no need to be inconspicuous;
Tully would have known he was first since the day Philip Fisher was crowned as the rightful River King.
Riverrun would be ready, its fighting men marshaled up on the west bank of the Red Fork.
And so they were; Two hosts now faced each other, each assembled on the two opposing walls of a valley, their respective camps like snow-caps.
There would be a bloody fight, or there would be none at all.
The meeting of knights and soldiers here was either formal or real.
"It is your decision," Philip said to the red-head across from him, from one party of mounted nobles to another.
They were on the floor of the valley, in the middle of the bowl, meeting before a fight.
Many flags blew in the wind there, but two prominent ones stood above the others: the Catfish and the Trout.
Philip Fisher wore a haubergeon of mail, belted and cloaked by dark brown leather and fur, with an ornate conical helm adorning his golden head.
Tully wore a similar outfit, but with his own colors painted on.
"Submit to the Crown of the Trident, or don't," Philip demanded with a soft tone.
This new River King planned on giving no rest nor quarter to those who did not submit to his wife's crown... his throne.
The Trident would be under a strong monarch again, by the Seven, even if meant the deaths of the dissenters.

Basic roll will be 1/20 roll with only a roll of 1 meaning that they will submit. However, since your character has a +1 loyalty, the roll will become 2/20.
Rolled a 2, so the Tully forces submit. (Damn you Skjoldr you lucky )
=========================
After a long period of silence, Lord Tully said with greatly reluctance, "We will submit to you King Philip." He drops to one knee and pulls his sword out and said "Riverrun is yours."
Edit:
OOC: For got to mention this. Since you are not marrying your heir to the AI kingdom, this is considered a conquest and so a -3 stability will be applied.

Philip watches as the other lords and retainers around Tully dismount and kneel with him, all surprised.
The River King moved his horse a few steps forward and then turned it to face sideways.
"We accept the capitulation of Riverrun," Philip said, and then gestured with his left hand, "Rise. Disband your host, send home your fighting men.
We will require a ward from each of your families to ensure your renewed loyalty to the Trident."

As Tully and his vassals returned to their host, Philip turned his gaze to the wide, blue sky above them, eyeing an overhanging eagle for a long moment before turning his horse to ride away.
