    Default Minor factions.

In my recent campaign as Parthia, around turn 60 or so, I had gotten all the way to the Illyrian border, Daorsi offered to become my satrapy immediately, they had a stack sitting in their capital, so I thought why not?

Suddenly their neighbours Delmetae, who, mind you, only have one region, declare war on them, subsequently bringing me in, they attack my nearest settlement with four whole stacks of elite type units and I'm just left wondering how a faction with one region can support such a force.

My question is, do minor factions get some sort of massive bonus income? If so, is there anyway for me to lower this to a more reasonable amount?

There's some kind of "subsistence" bonus or some such I've heard about. It's a bunch of extra income they give to single territory factions, so they can at least TRY and do something instead of just getting horribly crushed without even the slightest effort.

From what I've heard of it, it's a hardcoded thing so you can't remove it or lower it.

Well that ruins it, I don't want to have to battle 4 and a half stacks at a walled settlement every time I get randomly attacked.
