I believe you can only adjust it once your inside of your campaign. By hitting escape going to the menu, ill get u screenshot in a second
This is from my spartan campagin i had on the go, testing out the phalanx formation to see if it was still OP

restricts camera view to your units, and doesn't allow pause during battles.
