    Default Naval and Land Movement Points Problem

    Does anyone know what the problem is with the naval movement?

    1.) It seems that changing the movement cost in the campaign_ground_type table does exactly nothing from 1-1000 it is always the same.
    2.) Land units never use the movement points that are given by the naval_units table once they get into water but remain their land units movement points.

    + Recently I got new problems with the land units movement as well:

    1.) I than change the movement cost of all ground types to be from 1-1000 and still every new campaign the movement range is the same no matter what value.
    2.) Seasons affecting movement range doesn't work anymore neither. Maybe 1 or 1000 are too high values and not recognized by the game? However if it would be too high wouldn't it become red giving a warning that it is no possible value e.g. if you set it to 0.1 it says this is no possible value.

    Please halp

    PS: When loading the mod that changes campaign ground type and road movement costs the game loads extremely slow. Maybe it kind of doesn't recognize those tables or it fails to calculate the changes on the campaign map?
