Opening ports on wireless
Does anyone know how to unblock and allow TCP and UDP ports while on a wireless network?

Re: Opening ports on wireless
You have to type in the router's ip adress to access its menu. It's different for every rounter, so your best bet is to read the manual.
For example, on my Linksys router:
-Type in 192.168.1.1
-Input name and password
-Go to gaming/applications page
-Go to ports
-Type in the port number, select port type, type in your computer's IP adress (note you need a static IP adress for this).
-Apply
Done.
You have to make sure you got a static IP adress, since everytime you connect to the network it could be different.
There are some pretty good guides on how to set your IP adress floating around on the net, just google it.
