Hey Me and my team got permission from the "The Last Days of the Third Age" team to use their assets for our mod. However after working on the textures and doing everything right, I have got this as a result. Dose anyone know what the issue is?

Hey, could you explain briefly how you managed to import that Mount&Blade model? I want to do something similar for a small project. Just need to know how to import M&b models like in your pic.

Believe it or not you get this program, http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.p...c,72279.0.html. The you Export the model by Right clicking the on the model you want. Then you open that in a program the opens obj flies, for 3ds Max I think you need a certain importer/exporter for it(I think it comes with it's own though. Try to add an alpha channel to the diffuse map

Got it fixed! Believe it or not I had to get rid of the Alphas.

So you had a different mode of alpha, alpha mode if you use 1 you need to add the alpha channel

Really? They seem to be working, when I had the Alpha it was making them invisible. What setting is the diffuse dds suppose to be set on?
