    Default possible bug

    city - Bei Ping

    building - Horse Seminary

It says that if a general is left there they will increase in melee cav skill, i left a general there all game for about 50 turns and he is still only an "Adept" at calvary, though i am not sure what is supposed to happen with the building though

That building is a holdover from the RTW mod and nothing has been done with it except for translation. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure what the seminaries do exactly, although I will look into it tomorrow and see what to do with them.

also at Guan Du , there is now physical way if the city is held by another faction, to have an army , or agent move from the north to the south except by boat and to transport them, i dont know if that is intentional , it would make sense not to allow armies to pass but agents should be able to pass, maybe its a coding issue

ok cause it would be a cool idea to have, but only for historically cities that actually had them like if that city actually had good cav teaching maybe give a low slow cav exp bonus

I looked at the files, and it seems as though specific traits and feats can be upgraded at specific seminaries. However, I am going to have to go through all of the triggers and find out exactly what can be upgraded where, then rework the seminary building descriptions so that players know what traits/feats can be upgraded at each specific seminary. Shouldn't take me longer than a few hours tomorrow.

As far as Guandu, that is an engine limitation; no character from one faction can pass through the settlement of another. Guandu is strategically placed to control access across the Yellow River.

I made a major text overhaul to all of the seminaries, so now you will know [I]exactly[/]I what can be upgraded at each seminary. I also modified the traits and feats that could be upgraded at each seminary, as well as their locations, to make them more balanced and cohesive.
