Don't get me wrong. I love my country and I believe such incidents are rare and few. I adamantly believe that the majority of the Greek police force are trying to do their best in those turbulent times without resorting to such extremes as shown in the shameful pictures above.

But even those few incidents are both shameful and wrong. IMO, they should be investigated and the perpetrators should brought to justice.

I am pretty sure either EU or UN announced a few weeks ago they were going to investigate police violence in Greece, particularly the accusation that Greek police was purposely pushing some refugees to sea.

I don't know why we even pretend to live in lawful states anymore.
