Default Stainless Steel 6.3 not updating to 6.4

Hello everyone, I have a severe Problem updating Stainless Steel 6.3 to 6.4

The Problem is that, even though the 6.3 Version works just fine, (I start the mod with the steam launcher), every time I patch the mod to Version 6.4, I still get the 6.3 Setup, and the game still Claims it is version 6.3

I use Windows 8 64 Bit, And the steam Version of Medieval 2 TW Kingdoms

    Help! Please.

Have you installed in Program Files?

No, into steamapps/common/Medieval 2 Total War/mods, but what I really ask myself is, after I installed patch 6.4, a Folder with the Name SS 6.3 Pops up in the SS 6.3 Folder in the mod category, which includes ist own Setup and launcher exe, I have no clue :/

The SS6.3 folder does not rename to 6.4, it as its own ss setup icon. I would try to launch, if it does not work, delete SS from current location and install outside of program files

I think I may have found the Problem, when I installed the patch, the Directory said /steamapps/common/medieval 2 total war/mods/SS 6.3/ SS 6.3, I think the additional SS 6.3 was the Problem, the 6.4 patch was probably installed into an additional Folder instead (and inside) of the main one, I dont know, seems to work now, thank you for answering anyway
