    Nice to see how far you made it submodding, reading your changelog and seeing the screenshots its an succes! I will surely tried you submod out once there will be better combat mechanics/animations, I tried to do it myself but it took me 30+ hours and got nowhere and if that will never happen im definetly take a look!

    ahh, the shield bash thing i saw you post about? that gets on my nerves too. in my opinion, the only thing wrong with that animation is its way too gentle. the guy looks like his nudging his opponent rather than trying to daze them. though i dont see it too often

    yes thats exactly the problem its used way to much, unfortunatly i dont know how to disable it or diminish it do you know someone who is skilled with animations?

    downloading now and i see its over 750mb! must been a lot of effort to make this submod, how many units did you changed?

    I haven't a clue when it comes to animations haha, though you could ask the devs of MOS, its a third age total war submod

    the file size is probably down to the music files that are included. when you play it, remember it is not savegame compatible with the original DBM (however many next releases hopefully will be)

    Note that i have just done a quick hotfix to make it so that the upkeep stats arent restricted by the unit info banner being too large.

    it is save game compatible, so you can continue your campaign

    you mean the marian reforms etc? dont thank me for that, the credits go to furin. i need to add them to the credits in the readme, thanks for reminding me

    Its not only furin work, its the hole SCUM (a cool name) sub mod, is how they fit all together.

    create a folder on your desktop and move the file you downloaded into there. from there, open DBM, data and delete descr_sm_factions. then continue with the install instructions

    yes, the faction and bellums go. i actually quite like the idea of bellums but hey, if you want to actually win the game...

    also, new idea for this thread: future plans!

    im not really sure what you could help with to be honest, those few ideas should take around a day each, even less in some cases. do you have any ideas for changes i havent mentioned? im also working on playing around to make a julius caesar script, much like the william wallace script in stainless steel
