Default Is it impossible to have two self made mods from the assembly kit activated at once?

Hello, The reason for starting this thread is simple. When I was going to test making a mercenary mod in the assembly kit everything at first seemed to work fine, I could use the unit in question in a custom battle etc. However when I tried to start up my campaign in which I'm using another self made mod that I've made in the assembly kit the game crashes. Seeing as I later on realised that the units in the mod I loaded last of the self made ones didn't appear in custom battle there seems to be some conflict between the two. Have anyone experienced anything similar? In order to get a fresh start in the newer mod I "rebooted" the assembly kit by verifying the integrity of the tool cache.

You can't do it with the Assembly Kit alone; you'll need to postprocess the two packs with the PFM to minimize each to only contain the changes from vanilla.
Check out this thread for an explanation of why and how.
