In my late era campaign using France, I'm not able to recruit any heavy cav above feudal knights. The year is 1300 as of now, and I've tried console commanding a citadel to full completion but I still can't. Going to the building screen of the Baron's/Kings Stables says the only improvement is increasing the Armoured Sergeants count. Is this a bug, and a known one at that?
