Custom Missions

How do you pull up the custom missions window? I tried to search in our forums but couldn't find any answers.
I know in the game there's a message showing how to pull it up but I don't see my adviser's icon to do it.

You click on the regular mission button which brings up the adviser. You may have to adjust the adviser level when starting your game.

Else add these three lines in your mod's CFG file (opens with Notepad) in the [game] section:

advisor_verbosity = 3
blind_advisor = 0
mute_advisor = 0

For some reason the cfg file won't let me save any changes to it, would you know why? The internet hasn't given me any solutions yet.

Edit: Nevermind, I just had to run notepad as an administrator first and then open the file for editing. (I left this up for anyone having trouble as well)

It doesnt work for me, i ve saved the changes that i have made on the cfg file but still no advisor/mission shows up in game.

Did you make the changes in the mod's CFG file (configuration.cfg)?
Did you install the patches?

yeah i did, but still i dont have advisor shows up in game and no missions whenever i tried to play as Sun Ce and Gongsun Zan (ive only played as Sun, Gongsun and Liu clan so far)

You don't receive normal vanilla missions in this mod. What is being discussed is the "advisor" for the custom missions. Right now only the Liu Clan, if you decide to undertake the Journey to Shu, gives any sort of missions. Although there will be a few more in the upcoming patch.
