Installation issue

I have had M2 installed for a while, but I wanted to uninstall it to see if it could help my pc run faster. It didn't, and the issues got worse. I had to system restore, and the restore was back when M2 was still installed.

Now I have an issue. The game is not fully installed, so it can't uninstall, but the launcher recognizes it as installed, so I can't reinstall it.

Running a free version of CCleaner may also help.

If you have any mods installed you may have to learn regedit.
