    Default Settlement base

What buildings are a must in your settlement?

In SS despite the obvious(religion building, marketplace etc.) it's Stonemasons hut. What about logging camp, is it even good, or is it money lost? If you build logging camp, what lever of farming do you strive for? Do you build bakehouse(and upgrades) in fortress or large city? Why?

    Default Re: Settlement base

In most of my settlements I usually eventualy end up building everything.
But, early on, the most important I think is building money-makers and food production in cities.
In castles, again early on, I would have one castle focus on infantry while another is on archery. Then you can more quickly get a well rounded force ready for your conquests.

    For example...
As England, I would start building the first basic farm in my settlements, then the first basic merchant building, then the logging camp/stone mason.
Then I would have York build up its church, London build up its sea trade, Nottingham its archery, Winchester infantry, Wales their horses (convert to castle), Dublin can concentrate on spies/assassins and Cornwall on diplomatic buildings.
Honest and truly, I AM Robin Hood!
