Awesome picture...General vs General

I was doing a custom battle about 10 minutes ago. Greek vs Scipii. 10 units for each side. So i'm fighting the battle and before I know it all my units are routing and all of the enemys.

The only 2 units left on the field are the 2 generals (mine being greek) and the enemy being scipii. Whats even more rare is we had no bodyguards...just 1v1.

He ended up killing me.

I wanted to get it alexander the great style when the elephant and horse go up on there legs at the same time (in the movie). But I didnt see how it was possible.

Wow, an amazing picture purely because of the rarity. What a great scene, general vs genereal staring eachother in the face with all their men routed.

If only you had've moved the mouse, that would've been a sure candidate for picture of the week.

Ha, sorry. Skins make units look different, look at any mod they are using new skins for units. Almost any third party skin is of higher quality than CA skins, especially 2 years after release. Crop out the UI means basically drag a box around the two generals so they are the only things in the picture, no unit cards or hour glasses to ruin the cinematic feel of the scene. Move the mouse so there's no X or pop up box and finally PS aka photoshop a bit meaning maybe mess around with the lighting or blurring of the scene to again, give it more of a cinematic feel.

Still, a very nice, rare shot.

Bah to much work. If someone wants to do it (like edit the picture) you can, because I really dont know how to edit pics and what not or change skins.

In the original RTW, when a general is killed or a captain the screen turns out to look like a cinema.
Once i had a unit with a captain chasing a routing enemy captain and my cpatain slashed the enemy captain in the back!
I forgot to save it....i wish i can post it!
