Atlantis: Total War

I am going to need some modders to make new skins and stuff. Pretty much I will make an Island Where Atlantis is and you will have to conquer the world before a certain time. I could probably take the spearmen, swordsmen and archers from the roman cultures and turn them into atlantic people. If anyone could help that would be great. If I changed the models, is it possible to only use those models for the campaign or would I need to make a new RTW folder?
