    Icon2 WTF?ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED

    i wanted to change descr_start.txt as i done at the past to my old pc so all factions would be playable but for some weird reason i cant.A message appears ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED.I run windows 7,does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

    In Vista newer, log in as Adminirator and disable the UAC.

    Also right-click the file to be sure it's not set to read-only.

    Oh yeah, yelling does not get done.
