    Default LOL-brynna

So Labrynna is fantastic, with its useless infantry, but hilarious gunner posts. Thanks to these gunner posts, my recent battle with invading Kokiri went: 1113 Kokiri casualties. 9 Labrynnan casualties, one of which was a freak cannon accident. As fun as mowing down people who are dumb enough to rush me is, do you guys know of any strategy to make this faction a bit more mobile? I find city invasion to be quite the pain. A large group of idiots will rush out of the gates and get mauled by gunner posts at the beginning, but when it comes time to move in and kill off the survivors who were out of gun range and not murdered by random cannon barrage, I find myself at a bit of a loss.

Please stop making LOL [faction] Threads. they are not useful and their already a thread about balancing.

First, I back Aroun here; this thread doesn't accomplish anything and we have 317 of the things already. This question could have gone in the often-hijacked Unit Balance Thread, or in the Faction: Labrynna Regime thread in the Development subforum.

As for the actual question, experiment with Homeguards and (later) Palace Watch. Defence-oriented polearms are sort of Labrynna's thing besides guns.

That's the idea of Labrynna. They are absolutely devastating until they have to get in close. You use your cannons and gunner posts to soften the enemy as much as possible and then move in and use superior numbers (since half of their guys should be dead) to mop up the remainder.
