Some are deceived into worshipping him; some join with him to get revenge on the goddesses; and some people just want to see the world burn. In other words, this "church" has a congregation of saps, anger management flunkies, cursed saps, and violent psychopaths. Have fun.

Ever hear of suicide cults my friend? Promise people salvation and threaten them when they question you and you can get people to do anything.
majora does not promise salvation, he tells his followers from the beginning that he uses them. it always tells the truth, people just misinterpreted it. another thing is people lose faith in their gods and governments, majora coming back happen after years of endless wars in hyrule, by this time most faction have been destroy, a lot of people killed, lands destroy, majora comes to put end to the pain. plus evil gods are sometimes better then normal ones, goddesses are kinda want people to give up their free will and never question them, majora never wants people to give up their free will.
In Neph's storyline, Majora creates an "afterlife" (Termina) after witnessing the Goddesses creation of Hyrule. Life after death promises maybe?
There are many possible reasons why someone would rather service Majora despite his obvious and honest display of insanity. Here are some of them:
1) The most common reason I'd blame would be that people tend to follow and worship things they can see and perceive, even more so if it displays absurd power over them. People in general would probably be much more willing to follow a powerful being that can burn people in an instant if they are actually in the physical presence of such a being as opposed to those like the Goddesses who are flying around who knows where. Hylia was similar in this regard; people began to worship her and her power over them despite the fact that they themselves created her, simply because there's something comforting about following a powerful and charismatic being even if their goals are questionable. This is not limited to deity figures, it happens even with normal leaders, governments, and even something as shallow as profit seeking corporations... just look at any die hard fan of Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft. Advanced technology is a pretty good modern example; people are so ready to believe the man in white science coat with his techno magic who is physically present and what he says rather than ancient prophets who we have no real way to prove existed other than old books we just have to kind of assume were not falsified... without taking into consideration the man with the white science coat is just as flawed as any other human being and only gains his power through external man made and ultimately flawed tools. In a sense this can be boiled down to people wanting something they can see and touch to follow as opposed to something more spiritual. Majora is physically present in Hyrule and can crush pretty much anyone he wants. With those Golden Goddesses and other deities physically absent from the world, it's not too crazy to see where people would be inclined to follow Majora.
2) Another simple reason would be fear. Honestly, if a giant tentacled monster the size of a skyscraper just showed up on earth one day and promised to spare you if you served it, what would you do? Would you really just say "No! I follow whatever deity not you!" and proceed to be squashed? I'm sure there are a few people that would stick to their guns, but I can guarantee many people would give up their beliefs and serve the giant scary tentacled god monster if it allowed them to live in relative comfort and not smash them.
3) Then there are the people who want things from the scary cthulu monster. They'd probably serve any deity if they felt there was something they could gain (Balaam from Numbers is a good example of this type of person). Some likely serve Majora to gain his favor in some hope that when all is said and done they'll be given some sort of power, gift, or whatever.
4) Then there are just the really crazy people who'd just like to see others suffer, the world burn, insert Dark Knight reference here. Majora gives them an excuse to do whatever they want free of consequence.
Neph: in your scenario, let's say a successful majora hyrule completely destroy, in your story, that happen it with Termina?
what is majora's reasons (if any) for trying to destroy world, and how do the other Druthulidi view it.
I imagine that'll be revealed as the missions are made.
If you read up on the Sages, there seems to have been some massive war between the Goddesses (Sages, Oracle, etc), and the Druthildi. Either they're just ancient enemies and they like destroying stuff, or they want revenge on the Godesses and their creations. Majora's views might be different that the methods of say, Demise or Vaati.
well, demise seems to have some care for his people, he's not full evil like majora, but vaati I don't know.
Well, I can think of an example: in Hyrule universe, if someone hates someone or something or even his gods so much but he can't do anything to achieve a good result for him, he really wishes for a powerful being to do the work. Then comes Majora, a powerful god, and the wimp chooses him to squash the one he hates (for whatever reason). Ofc, maybe his reason for this hatred can be simple or sth the causes a permanent scar on him, he still wish for Majora's help. Then he can't get away from Majora: maybe this god is for him, maybe he had made a devil deal that he has to hold like forever, or maybe he is cursed to become the god's servant. Well, now we got some church that have Majora as the head.
We don't really know if Majora is really suicidal and trying to destroy Everything. He apparently hates the goddesses and wants to corrupt or consume everything they created.
However, if we look at the example of Ikana, Majora didn't have them destroyed, he rather converted them kinda taking them away from the Goddesses and up into his world.
From the Wiki: "Igos would pledge his worship to Majora and abolish any service to the Goddesses. Ikana was eventually absorbed into Termina by Majora."
Actually if you thing about it, it is even more of a victory for Majora, to have people refuse the Goddesses and Acknowledge him. We don't really know, but we must guess there is probably something kinda like a heaven, or something like that, where people's souls will be going after death. However if they refuse the Goddesses and acknowledge Majora... well just look at the Ikana Kingdom, there's no salvation, you belong to Majora in Body and Soul.
So maybe all Majora is after, is to destroy Hyrule (the land, physically), but promises "salvation" to those who accept him as deity (therefore showing how corruptible and weak the human/zora/whatever... soul truly is and how willing people are to do anything to survive/gain power/etc.)
He also tries pulling a moon towards the planet. Now, ignoring the possibility that Bellum manipulated him to raise sea levels, that seems pretty "let's destroy this joint" to me.
I'm tempted to say that's his whole plan. He's out to wreck Hyrule because, well what else might an insane child* do when given access to someone else's far superior toys?
And as for the creation of his own cult to do his bidding, perhaps he enjoys the journey (read: corrupting Hyrule) as much as the destination (read: obliterating Hyrule)...

Trying to understand Majora's plans, his goals, or the reason he does things is contradictory to the nature of Majora. Maybe I've read too much cosmic horror but it seems to me that Majora follows a blue and orange moral code. He's impossible to understand and that's the point.
Considering the dead of Hyrule seem to end up in Termina, one would probably assume that all the people killed in a mass destruction of Hyrule would probably end up there too. I wonder if there's a connection with the lord of Termina trying to kill everyone in Hyrule and thus bringing them into his playing field.![]()
