I cant pass through loading screen after patch 9. I'll already deleted Rome2 folder in appdata, verified integrity and I deleted all the mods. Please help. Thank you.

check again (and maybe show us list of) contenents of your rome2/data folder, because it's usually incompatible mod and I ssupect you might have one still.

If you got mods from the Steam Workshop, then it's best to Unsubscribe them (not just delete the mods in the Data-folder), or else the Rome Mod Manager might re-download them.
