Help with the 'Variant Editor' in TWEAK
I tried using the variant editor tool in tweak but I couldn't seem to get anywhere, even though I must have pressed all the buttons... Is it just not ready yet or am I missing something?

Re: Help with the 'Variant Editor' in TWEAK
I can see why you're having trouble; when I got my hands on the Variant Editor I was so confused I had to have someone else help me out! The fact that no one's come out with a tutorial confounds me.
At any rate, if I were you I'd start out by clicking "File - New Definition" button and then scrolling down to "man". Then, all you have to do is click the drop-down for "skin" in the upper-left corner and select whatever category you wish. Following that, select the "man" category in the upper-right corner and then select whatever other category I'd like to put on him. If you start out with the "skins" category in the second box, you can select a basic framework for a unit you'd like to do. Afterwards, you can attach stuff from different categories onto the model.
For example, let's say I want a unit that has a crossbelt. I'd select "prop_1" on the left side and then I'd select "man - accessories" on the right side. I'd then double click the "crossbelt" item and poof! My unit has a crossbelt. You should feel free to open up definitions that are in the game already to get an idea for how CA used the Variant Editor.

Thanks so much, I figured it must be something simple I was missing
