Icon5 Issues with installation of HTW

    Hello TWC community!

First of all, excuse me for grammar/spelling errors because english is not my native language I also rarely use forums and this is my first post, i would be happy if you could avoid answering in shortcuts

Some months ago, i saw HTW and was amazed, as a Total War and Zelda fan it looked like a must-have for me. So i downloaded it and tried to install it (I know how to install Mods for Medieval II because i also play other Mods).
The setup starts, and i choose the Installation Folder and here the issue begins:

My PC is a bit special, my C: has only 50GB and D: has 950GB. But until now it was no Problem, because i just changed the install Folder. But in HTW, when i change the direction to D:/Program Files/Sega/.../Hyrule and press install, I get this message:

The highlited volumes do not have enough dis spece available for the currently selected features. (and C: is highlited) But i chosed D:! why does the Setup try to install in C:?

Is there anyone who has ideas how to manage it to install HTW?

Is creating space on your C: drive out of the question?

I recall this happening before. I guess if we can't find the old talk about this bug. We have to start with the basics.

    1) What PC Operator do you have? (Windows, Ect)

    2) Do you have "Medieval 2 Total War", And "Medieval 2 Total War Kingdoms"?

    3) Is it for steam or is your total war game on Hard disc?

We can help you more after you answer these questions. Also asking about this in the Bugs forms is probably the best choice.

It sounds like an issue with the installer to me, like it just won't let him choose D:

Yes exactly, the installer doesn't let me chose.

I have Win 7, with Medieval 2 and Kingdoms NO-steam.
It's out of the question to create space on C:... There are the data of the System like Win 7, Drivers and so on... It would also be really annoying because there isn't something really big, i would have to transfer a lot of small files...

This isn't a real solution, but look up Wiztree to find out if something unnecessary has been taking up a lot of space. I got 40gb by clearing out old downloads that I never used and had no idea even existed.
