SS 6.4 Unspecified Error; Missing Files!

I've kept on getting the Unspecified Error whenever I engage an enemy in battle, while trying both SS 6.3 and SS 6.4. I've tried most(if not all) of the methods/helps found online to resolve this issue and still it does not work! The problem only persists if I engage enemies in battle without auto resolving(Though, no problems were found in auto resolving)

I'll list what I've done so far:

1. Installed SS 6.3, and patched it up to SS 6.4. Ran the setup
-Unspecified error occurred when engaging an enemy in combat

2. Reinstalled SS 6.3 and 6.4 using the 'Run as Administrator'; Set graphics to low/none; Ran the setup as 'Adminstrator'(Even deleted the folder)
-Unspecified error occurred when engaging an enemy in combat

3.Turned UAC off, installed SS 6.3 and 6.4 with the 'Run as Administrator' function; Set graphics to low/none; Ran the setup as 'Administrator'.
-Unspecified error occurred when engaging an enemy in combat

4.Followed an advice where installing 'Really BadAI' and 'G5 Settlement Tweak' with UAC off and 'Run as Administrator' function; Set graphics to low/none; Ran the setup as 'Administrator'
-Unspecified error occurred when engaging an enemy in combat

5.Followed this technique: Link (Even moving the folders to another location, outside of 'Program Files') Set graphic to lowest/none
-Unspecified error occurred when engaging an enemy in combat

6.Tried adding 'Really BadAI' and 'G5 Settlement Tweak' with UAC switched off and as Administrator; Graphics set to lowest/none
-Unspecified error occurred when engaging an enemy in combat; SS Setup does not open.

From what I've read from the system log, I've been missing some files, most are just ambiance, minor decorations like hedges, portraits, banners, and a huge chunk of TGA files. Why aren't these files installed along with the setup?

Strange... Did you try to redownload the mod? If not, try it, it could be a case of a corrupt download.

Yes I've, about 3 times already. Am I getting a bad download?

No, if you already downloaded 3 times then it's probably not a bad download. The installer, for some reason, isn't installing all the files. It must be something related to your computer, that it's blocking the installation of the files.

I've tried disabling my Avira antivirus, did the same procedure, and still did not work. Is there a program hidden inside windows that I'm missing????

I am still in desperate need of help. I have yet to identify any programs that is blocking the installer. I've even tried to close Avira still I'm missing some files and getting the 'unspecified error' messages. Which leads back to the two problems: A. Am I getting a bad download? B. Installer refuses to install my programs.

I've installed SS 6.3 from the torrent. Megaupload is blocked in my country and the other links do not work(Claimed that the files were missing/deleted/non-existent)
