Re. the planned expansion, sounds very interesting. But I hope it doesn't mean CA will have no resources or interest in further developing or patching (if need be) M2TW? Wasn't that one of the problems that afflicted Rome?

I know that the new engine makes every unit different, by switching the unit's equipment, howewer I never thought that it changes between different unit typess. So is that ok? :hmmm:

It should, but only in early and late periods. After Phillip the Tall and until Charles VII, all french rulers were, let's say it in easy way, unadequate to their positions. Honestly, until D'ark, I don't think any general should get more than three stars. About Scots guards, they should be almost as powerful, as knights, with more valour, but recruitment has to be limited to two units any given time. Just my opinion.
