Hi mate,
First at all good battle mod, congratulations!!
I have a question: Can make missile units in naval battles kill less, without this affecting their stats in land battles??!!
Ty and sorry for my bad english,
Regards!
It's possible, but a lot of work. It requires making duplicate naval versions of units with different stats, and transports would be unaffected.
In any case I am not touching the naval part of the game until A: CA has fixed the most significant bugs (the random unresponsive ships & ideally also the automatic AI boarding from every side) and B: DeI has finished their naval overhaul that they announced.
Aeimnestus was a Spartan, famous because he killed the Persian General Mardonius at the battle of Plataea.
Furthermore, I imagine all the new units need stats created and tweaked to suit the ABR design goals, so compatibility in any useful way is almost certainly out I'd say.
Okay. Thank you for the estimation and the work your do.![]()

looking forward to playing with this submod again![]()
Likewise - I *eventually* got used to playing baseline DEI again, but... I can't even imagine what playing vanilla would be like after getting used to this submod.
How's progress on a 0.81 compatible version, Aeimnestus?![]()
Probably not well considering there have been constant updates.![]()

I've been wanting to try this sub-mod, but I'd like to get rid of only replenishing units in areas where they're recruitable. Where do I go in the tables with PFM to get rid of this? I don't have an explicit problem with this feature, but now with the various Roman legions implemented into DeI, the two are going to clash too much for me; where I'll technically have legionary recruitment centers spread through my territory, I won't actually be able to replenish my legionaries due to them technically all being "different units" in the game engine.
Edit: Oh, I hadn't been keeping up with this sub-mod and just saw the most recent posts. Its not compatible with the latest versions of DeI?
Waiting for new version too. I can't play without this anymore...![]()
Stoked that you're working on the .8 version of this mod Aeimnestus, thanks for putting in the time thru the ceaseless DEI updates!
I when I started out playing this mod it took a bit of getting used to, now I can't play DEI or without it!!! Thanks for the effort!
Hello, for some reason this sub mod is not working, when I select it in the mod manager, Rome wont start, and when I deselect it, Rome start with no problems, I have Patch 10 beta
And Yes I have all 5 parts for Del installed from steam
The submod hasn't been updated for the current DEI as of yet. It's compatible with .75 only.
Still no ETA on an updated version of the mod? I know the constant updates to the base DeI must be making it difficult.

Also waiting eagerly for the latest version so can play. Not having it is a show stopper for me...having got used to it.
