I think that now, someone must take the MOD in hand because the creator does not have the will to continue.
I know it is not so simple because there is a lot of work especially with many hotfixes Dei.

[Summary]

Does the Spartan campaign easen up as you progress along the way. The submod looks very enticing but I am still contemplating if I should go for it. Because hoplites are already weak and now they are further nerfed. And two, although Sparta was weak, this penalty should ease up once you are making Sparta prosperous in the game. It shouldn't be a flat out penalty applied across 200 to 300 years!
