Please help me with Assembly kit

Thank you for at least reading, I have followed Mitch's great guide but in my case was attempting to edit start pos regions. But when I export to Bob- I am told that failed to complete all procedures...or something like that...and export failed. Please does anyone know why this might be the case?

Definitely ! Problem is I don't know if its something wrong with the edits I made or how I made them. Seems easy enough to look at I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually

I did it last night, I'm not at home at the moment but I can give you an idea. I edited 3 startpos lines in TWeaK. Region ownership, characters in regions, and characters, if memory serves. Change the region to the faction you want, delete the line of the character in the region you want to change ownership in, and in character find his name and under the section that says "in pool" or something similar, make it true. Regions with armies in them will crash if you don't remove the character first. If the region is a capital, you have to find that section and change it to false. Surprisingly easy, actually.
