Spartan government during the games time period

Hello,
I am curious as how much the Spartan government followed the Lacedaemonian Constitution during the period when the game starts. I am curious about things such as the actual power of the two kings(I am assuming they are still around). Were they still from the same two families? Anything change regarding the Gerousia or Assembly? Would appreciate any feedback

Short answer: Yes, Sparta stuck to its tradition pretty well, though there were eventual reforms to counter lack of manpower.
