Common courtesy and the use of the RTW-BI Unified Skeletons & Animations Pack for RTR Platinum

It has come to my attention that there is some confusion about who can use the "RTW-BI Unified Skeletons & Animations Pack for RTR Platinum" optional add-on, and what limitations there are for its use. To help clear things up, I will restate here what is already quite clearly stated in the optional add-ons ReadMe file concerning this issue.

From the opening statement (Notes) of the optional add-on's ReadMe, the following explains the reason for making the "RTW-BI Unified Skeletons & Animations Pack for RTR Platinum" optional add-on available.

This an optional add-on that will appeal to many mod creators who will base their mod upon RTR Platinum. This optional Skeleton-Animations Pack includes a combined set of skeletons and animations files that includes all of SigniferOne's v0.8 and Europa Barbarorum's Animations in one set, so you can easily pick and choose the ones that you prefer.
Ok, and now a very important part of the ReadMe file that apparently not everyone reads states the following...

The skeletons and animations files within this add-on mod were painstakenly created by the skilled animators/modellers of Europa Barbarorum (EB) and SigniferOne. RTR Platinum has been granted permission to use them with this mod. To use these animations in another publicly offered mod not based upon RTR Platinum will necessitate contacting them for permission to include them.

Ok, so everyone needs to understand that the "RTW-BI Unified Skeletons & Animations Pack for RTR Platinum" optional add-on is for use with RTR Platinum or mods based on RTR Platinum. Separate permission will be needed for use with other mods not based on RTRPE, and separate permission will be needed to combine it in a new animation pack. Common courtesy and respect for the work of others should remind people that this is necessary and should not be taken for granted. Some may not mind that their work is openly used by others without even a simple advance statement that this is taking place or their permission, but do not expect everyone to share this attitude or frame of mind.

Treat the works of others with respect, and I'm sure in most cases you will receieve consent to use or combine the works of others in new innovative ways. If not, respect their wishes and ignore their works by not using them. Their lack of willingness to share will not help them, and will decrease their chances for exposure and recognition that they otherwise might have received.
