medieval 2 total war doesnt work

Hey guys, i hope someone can help me with my big problem

I bought Mediëval 2 total war gold editioin ad installed it, i played it and it worked. But then i wanted to have a mod on it. So I looked on the internet how to get it. So i downloaded all the 1.5 patch fo kingdoms and the mods and I unpacked it how it was told on this forum. But then all the mediëval kingdoms didnt work. So I thought what was wrong. So I quit getting the mod and started playing mediëval 2 total war, but when i started a battle that error was there, where the unpacking-read me warned for, but i couldnt find the files i had to delete. So I quit and tried to uninstall the whole game, but it didnt work. Then I decided to delete the folder of SEGA on my hard disk. It says it was uninstalled, but if I push the button to install, it says that it is already installed. When I lauch the game it doesnt work because it says that the launch isnt on my computer.

i apologize for my english, because it is not very good, but i hope someone can help me, cause i really dont know how to install mediëval 2 total war again
