I don't know what to think anymore. As far as i know Medieval2: Total War isn't out yet, but if i read new posts in this forum I get an impression that it is out. So many pictures and stuff. IS there a demo or something?
It's very frustrating for me, because i really wait for M2TW. So please someone explain me the situation...

Its is not out, but the release is scheduled for November. But I doubt it will be out by then

Those screenshots come from a beta/con version, the game will be out in November, the demo..who knows =)

And beta/con version is not available for public?

No form of mtw2 is publicly available.

The convention versions of the game are for press events only, to help advertise the game.

The beta versions are for beta testers who have signed NDA's (non disclosure agreements) and they are generaly only in australia and where picked by CA themselves, you cannot become a beta tester so dont ask how.

As for the release date.

Its scheduled for november, CA sega and all the press sites are reporting it as november and nobody thus far has given any signs that the game will miss the november release date.... people saying it will are merely pessimists who dont think anything ever arrives on time.

so to cap it off:

You cant play the game until the demo (believed to be later this month... dont ask) or the game is released.
