    Default Type IV Government Question

I am playing as Romani and am having a great time.

However, one question recently came to mind: when you establish a type IV government, do you need to tear down the existing MIC and build one of your own allied MICs to recruit units, or can you use the existing one? It would make sense that a type IVsettlement would use its own, familiar MIC.

Also, is the Punic Voice Mod automatically installed with 1.2?

Some empires share MICs like Ptolemies and Seleukids or Lusotannans and Saba. Romans don't share them with anyone. If you want to train units, you have to build your own MIC. You don't have to tear down the pre-existing MIC to build your own but I always do as it gives me income and I deny the AI training of units if the city somehow comes back into their hands.

I think so. Carthaginian units sound pretty Carthaginian to me.
