    Default Can someone help me double check my mod?

    Hello TWC,


    I'm working in the next mercenary pack, using assets from Guy D with his permission.

    It's just a simple unit pack, but it's crashing and I'm out of ideas. Checked for typos but there's none...


    If anyone would like to help me out, I would appreciate it. You'll get credit when I release it...

    Howe many units ? If may have to try to add one by one and see which one cause problem ? That what I did due to the lack of debugging tool. Something which is a must of major Rome 2 mods can even be planned.

    13 Units. Hopefully it's not the unlucky number part that is happening.

    I've already tried that method, but nothing is working out.

    Also tried the delete tables method to see if anything is messing up and no dice either.

    Posting on TWC is my last hope.

    When you said assets does it means gfx stuff only or include some table reference in main or land unit tables ? Try do add unit with vanilla variants first to see if it works, then add the new variants.

    Said assets are just gfx stuff like variantmeshes and models.

    ALready tried with vanilla variants and still crashes.

    I'm wondering if it's a typo somewhere or if PFM somehow corrupted the pack file.


    If I delete the entire db folder in the mod, then the game starts up fine.
