wound delay for agents?
Anyone know where the injuries are located at in the file structure? If I cannot stop agent spam, I would like to at least keep them out of action for a few turns. Right now they're back within two turns, no point at all to wounding them if they're back so fast you end up spending more money in failed attempts vs. just repairing buildings. I'd like to double the delay at least.
