I'd like to have the sound of characters and various screens (diplomacy, main menu, etrc...) in the campaign map less loud without changing the ambient sounds ?

Still in the campaign map can the camera be more perpendicular and closer to the ground and (like in EUIV campaign map fe) so we can see the horizon ?

And last but not least, is it pssible to play without champions but kep spies and dignitaries ?
