Priest, Merchants, and assassins are practicly useless.
Merchants and assassins have been in this game for a long time while priest were just added in the most recent version to factions that have majora worship or strict goddess worship.
The Problem is that all agents have 0 skill in this mod and can't build up any, they will be at 0 the whole game no matter how much they succeed. This is fine for spies, you can still use them as recons to look at enemy territory and explore. It is also fine for diplomacy, skill is just one factor out of many that determines weather they will accept you proposal or not.
But prelist, merchants, and assassins rely on there skill to succeed. Without any finance a merchant will hardly make an money and won't be worth their cost. Without any piety priest will hardly spread an religion at all and won't make a difference. Without any subterfuge assassins will almost never succeed on there missions and probably wouldn't even be able to kill a captain.
My main point here is don't train those 3 agents because they are worthless in the current version and will just be a waste of money.

two quick points.
One: Priests are stupid-useful for Wizzrobes and Forces of Twilight, since the former can't build the proper religious buildings still, and the latter needs just about ANYTHING to mitigate their unrest.
Two: the 0 skill thing has to do with a bug that Neph is trying to solve, it will be resolved at some point.
