Also, isn't there an exception like if you end your first turn on enemy territory he can attack you on turn 1?

Yes there is, but unless you actually attacked someone on your turn, themzr is the only one replaying.

Stealing princesses is allowed but must have 35% chance and pics provided.
4 Forts per region, four units per fort
