Sudden CTD's

I have been playing a Khorne campaign for quite a bit, only 1 or 2 crashes. Then i started a Talabecland campaign and got crashes after each end turn. I then tried other factions, and thats the same thing.
Odd, as the game has run perfectly.

Any ideas?

Check your log file, for me "C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\logs". Which version of CoW do you have? Gigantus or standard?

Yes i have Gigantus version, my log file shows no errors. It only shows the crash message.

I have now done a complete reinstall, but the problem persists... the log shows nothing unusual.

The crashes only happen when playing an Empire faction, greenskin, chaos and all other factions work just fine. Still the log shows nothing

I found out that i cold extend the log (now it is HUGE). I skimmed through it and saw that it said it was missing a lot of files like: environment_midday_winter, and files like that
