    Default Interesting diplomat trait

In my current Saba game I found an interesting trait on one of my diplomats.

it was something like 'wine steward' and it causes -1 unrest

does this mean if I put that diplomat in my city it will help with order? It's just I've never seen an unrest trait on a diplomat before

Was it a trait or a retinue member? I think it may reduce unrest, or maybe you can pass it on to a family member? (Probably not)

Shouldn't matter whether there's an FM or not (and IIRC you can't transfer Ancillaries between different character types).
I beat back their first attack with ease. Properly employed, E's can be very deadly, deadlier even than P's and Z's, though they're not as lethal as Paula Abdul or Right Said Fred.
