Default Something Interesting for the players

Koryvantes are a re-enactor team of the Hoplitic and Medieval Roman (Byzantine for some of you) warfare styles.
Here is an article about their co-operation with BBC 2 and BBC 4.
    Link
As for me personaly i am deeply honored that TGC mod of mine is in direct communication of the Historian that creates Koryvantes' armors.
Search their page and learn interesting things.

TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

Yea ...for example in this article's picture this is a REAL Thessalian horse -the breed is rare in our days- and this is how horsemen looked.
Notice how small in size the horse is.
Macedonian Companions, Athenian horsemen, Thracian horsemen etc rided same or similar in size horses.
On the other side of Aegean Hellenistic States had access to Armenian, Syrian and Nisean breeds that were much larger horses and allowed the creation of "cataphracts"!

I'm quite interested in this, as I was under the impression that Thessalian cavalry were widely employed by Alexander as relatively heavy, lance-armed shock cavalry?

Many people wonder how Romans as invadors "surendered" to the Hellenic Culture and Civilisation to the point to become its greatest defenders!
This video answer's such questions how Hellenic Civilisation actually replaced all "european" ones starting from the Roman one!
