    Your astonishing work is paying off buddy, the maps look beautiful. It was always too hazy, and the skyboxes are actually very well made props to CA, it's just they put way too much filter/haze over this stuff and it sort of smothered the natural look.

    Am I the only one who can't see any difference? Comparison pics taken at Alexandria Arachosia, eastern large city.






    Left is without mod, right is with. No conflicts detected, used without GEM, obviously

    Maybe I'm looking into the wrong place? I mean, maybe it's not 'the right east' or something?

    And same map, with GEM this time.
    Left without, right with, no difference =/


    Dura river crossing, no difference either =/

    you did not install this mod correctly ! YOUR PICS IS ORIGINAL IN GAME WEATHER!
    go to C:\Users\shahab\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Rome2\scripts
    open user.script.txt
    add this to the end of file :

    mod "aztec_new_environmen.pack";

    OR USE MOD MANAGER

    IMPORTANT : DO NOT USE ANY MODS THAT AFFECT HDR,CONTRAST , WEATHER !

    go to historical battle in the game and tutoburg forest battle . if you saw changes in the environment , this mod installed correctly for you

    Your mod is in movie format thus no activation is required, but even so, I've added it to user.script. And I've removed all possible conflicts, even DeI (It had 1 conflict)
    But to no avail. There's simply no difference in either teutoburg or any eastern regions, screenshots are the same..

    Yep, this one using NO HDR mod and Venno's settings (I tried also Centaure's ones but they're too heavy for my rig and the number of men I deploy - tested on 16000 men land battle)

    something is wrong with your game . you are version ?
    did you try to fight tutoburg forest battle and saw any differences?
    your screenshots above shows that the mod in not work for you just look at the sky , they are different from mine !!?!!

    I'm on clean 8.1 (Made it clean to test your mod that is )
    I've tried playing through Teutoburg forest, but there's no difference in same weather types.. And about the difference between our screenies, I'm using totally different GEM setting so they should be different

    P.S. Can anyone give comparison screenies With/Without mod, I'd like to see what's the exact difference is?

    I tested it on patch 7 . my screen shots is for 1.7 of game
    maybe it does NOT work with 1.8 why ? because of 4 seasons of patch 8 and caesar DLC
    unfortunately I don,t have this DLC

    Well, patch 8 and 8.1 aren't for DLC owners, they're downloaded automaticaly as any other patch, did you switch auto-update on or something?

    And seasons are implemented only in DLC itself, not in the grand campaign..

    Hope to see some comparison screenies even tho I can't enjoy it myself, I'm eager to see how much of a difference it makes exactly ^_^

    yes but I dont know what changes in patch 8 which my mod does not work for you bro . it is works correctly on patch 7
