Good news!
I have the 8.1 patch version fully working without breaking mods. I still need to test campaign with it and will likely be able to clean up some files in this version which may not be needed.
These screens are using some rough version of Gem settings so nevermind them, clouds are working.

More testing done using axtec's Gem settings, a couple shots has filmgrain which he uses I disabled it in other shots.

Now I need to test whether battle in campaign will show season changes like the fall leaves on the trees.
Hi , I came back after 2 days
I am really glad to see this mod works perfectly on you !
version 3 started , please comment what you need
and carbide sahare your settings![]()
I just now tried combining Venno's older SweetFX settings which I've always enjoyed along with your Gem settings, I tinkered with with both of them a little.
The water is still to clear imo, can see the bottom to easy even when deeper.

Now the cities on the other hand.... O my gosh they're gorgeous!

To others, don't download the 8.1 patch version... its broken.
I have fixed it and have a version that should work for anyone using 8.1 beta and should probably work on 8.0 patch but I haven't tested it. One other thing is I'm not sure the battles in campaign with show season changes (like fall leafs on trees). I used aztec's files to override the ones in those sections just to be sure it would load. To do it proper aztec would probable need to pull each of those vanilla season changes files and work his magic on them but there's quite a few. Give me a few and I'll upload the working version for 8.1 patch. It doesn't affect any of the mods I'm using but you still need to compare with what you use.
Ok I did a quick test in campaign and its showing the season changes in the battle.
axtec's hdr that's used makes it extremely bright using stock gamma and brightness. Try 12 or 13 to start with on your gamma and I use 13 for brightness. You may even need to make slight adjustments to your gamma as you load a new battle map, they're all different.
Here's the download for the fixed version if you want to give it a try. Its in mod format and should be at the top in launcher mod manager by default. I added 01 to the first of mod name to get it up there.

Shallow water (even some deeper) is going to be mostly clear in this version. Aztec mentioned that he has made a fix for it in the next version. I can tell that your gamma is set a little to high and by lower it will help give a little more tint to the water.
Edit\ @ Aztec, I'll send you a pm later on what needed to be changed. It was what I posted a few pages back about the paths being change in 8.1. You didn't have your files applied to all of the needed sections under weather. Also you had a section included in the mod that was the culprit for killing other mods but isn't needed to make yours work so I completely removed it from the mod.

Post your latest setting for both SweetFx and Gem_settings and I'll give them a try.... really nice shots.
@aztec
feel free to use the fixed version to replace the one on first page if you want. It seems to be working for others as well.![]()
