General traits and stats don't change?

It seems that in Hyrule total war 3.1 general traits don't change.
No matter how many cities zant exterminates his dread doesn't go up. No matter how many battles Darunia wins his command doesn't go up. No matter how many good things Zelda 1 does her chivalry doesn't go up.

Those are just examples so you get the idea. Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Same issue here, also i don't receive missions in any faction.

I asked this question earlier this year, and Nephalim said they were removed from this version because the crash's caused by stat changing. Hopefully when he figure's out how to deal with it, we can make our most Demonic Fairy's without them being the same.
