    Well I can barely see it, and even so it looks like it was meant to be there, not as blood though, just part of the cape. Nothing much really

    I still think it is just part of the cape, it would be silly to put a tiny amount of blood on a cape like that for a skin. Even if it is though, it is such a small amount that it has no real significance....
