I looked over the generals and Redfort was the only one i found that had utterly nothing, it was late and i didn't look very hard so maybe a missed a few tho. I've given him some +Loyalty now.
As to Gregor, we could just tell Tully he cant attack him. But generally in my mind, he's already raiding in the Riverlands and Tully is within his rights to kick him out of his lands...

I think it comes down to what Lannister & Tully think about it, as it effects them the most.

Psssst. Alester died after the battle of blackwater and was succeeded but his son alenyke (who fled with Colin Florent and a few others to Oldtoqn so we might see them in Samwell POV, here's hoping, love my Florents, and Estermonts, and Velyarons, and Morrigens and Carons and Bar Emmons... And wolfswood fishermen and hunters and survivors from Cassel's army which was destroyed in an impossible fight... But that will not be discussed here I promise. )

So just to double check am I downloading the seagard fix as well or do I just need to use the save?m
I am checking now but it may cause problems (I don't know) in the future if I don't use it. And in the other hand if we don't all use it then someone will end up with a corrupted file....

    Ok Greyjoy Up!

William Mooton also doesnt have anything. Quincy Cox only has one (there are a lot of others who only have a few traits) Lord of Rooks Rest doesnt have a name. And aside from character placement that is everything.

And one star Davos is a poor substitute for 4 star Alester

I played with the no destroying buildings rule so IF next turn we return to the 1,2,3 rule then I am allowed to forget the "unless enemy are 1 turn away" for Brightwater plz?

As we have validate data on, you shouldn't need to do the Seagard fix yourself. It wont cause problems i don't think.
For Destroying Buildings we've got 3 for and 2 against, and we cant wait forever for everyone to vote. So we are going to hereby have the following rule...

Destroying buildings is not allowed in these 3 situations:
    1. If the settlement is under siege
    2. A far superior army is one turn away from the settlement. *exception: if it is turn one it is allowed
    3. You have not yet held that settlement for 3 turns *exception: does not apply on turn 1-3 on home regions

Unless you wish to quickly replay your turn Mannis, i will allow you to destroy buildings in BrightWater next turn as if it's still Turn1.

If its up to us, leave it to Tully to decide. I want no excuses when I destroy them! Don't rage quit, either. I'm coming!

Meant for the one turn peace rule.

Ah, that we'll leave up to Tully. How do you feel about it? As i have stated Tully can fort you off as he plays before you, but Gregor can be defeated on Turn1.

It's unfair on everyone playing their turns if they are unsure of this rule. We cant wait on everyone to vote on such things, the rule stands as i've stated above.
The longer we wait the more people play their turns not knowing what this rule is, so with 2 against the 3 for, the rule is the following.

If a load of players vote against before Greyjoy plays his turn, then we'll go by that result. Otherwise, the rule stands as stated.

I'm game, either way. What is life, if not for adversity? You may want to establish this now, however... Don't forget, Greyjoy can besiege Banefort with no resistance. I haven't talked to him yet, so I don't know what he intends to do. But, he should not be at a disadvantage because he played before the rule is established.

    Edit: Stannis on Joffrey, too
    Renly on Tyrell... :

Kinda the thing with Voting about rules, can be a right pain.
I've PMed Arrow, if we don't hear back from him before Greyjoy plays his turn then we'll say 'No' to the Turn1 peace.

Oh should mention, I laid siege to Stonedance believing that there was no 1T peace... So if there is then I will need to redo my turn

No need. There is no Turn 1 peace, i wont hold up the Hotseat just for the sake of Clegane not getting defeated. (He knew the risks when he was sent to raid the Riverlands)
If Lannister moved before Tully then we'd need one, but as it stands i don't believe we do and i'm not willing to hold up things for it.

What about renl and tyrell, those forces are right near each other I have declared my independence but at a mural peace with renly! Why happens then if he attacks me on turn one. I advised no matter the rules or players or turn order there must be a one turn peace rule regardless of the situation in my opinion. Or turn one peace also is for renly and tyrell!

Stannis already began a siege on Stonedance, and Soul approves. I don't think there is much that can be done. I will play either way, but its gotta be either all or none.

There is no 1 turn peace rule but it should be applied to lanny/tully and tyrell/renly? Not asking to change everything

Tully/Lannister is fine because Tully moves before Lannister, allowing him to defend himself.
Tyrell/Lannister is fine as they cant even reach each others lands in 1Turn yet alone pull off a successful siege or assault, such a move would likely end in defeat.
Tyrell/Renly is between you guys. If Renly sees fit to betray your agreement, such is the Game of Thrones. You should have told him of your feelings at Turn2.

Overall the only thing a 1Turn peace would truly do is allow Lannister/Joffrey a chance to burn down all the buildings in Banefort/Stonedance. Or disallow Renly from showing his true feelings towards you...
If you insist Ice, we can just do a 1Turn peace and make Mannis replay his turn Asap. The only semi-unfair part of not having a 1Turn peace i can see is that you should have told Renly at Turn2, it would have been safer for yourself and have gained a level of trust from Renly, seeing as you could have assaulted him yourself if you wished. In my opinion it's on your head if he's bluffing and plans to strike against you in response to your independence.

I'm unsure, i have validate data on so it shouldn't cause a problem. I'd install it just to be on the safe side.
