I agree with alrichwell. So are we using ur fix for seagard or not?
As to Gregor, the same with Tyrion, but in CoW i tried to keep Tyrion safe but he got attacked. I dunno
Matto gave me a file to 'Fix Seagard' but it seems to have not worked? Unless that's where he wants it to be...
maybe you forgot to erase the map.rwm file , because it fix the Seaguard location for me

I also want to point out that Horton Redfort has literally no traits. He has 1 loyalty, 0 piety, 0 chivalry/dread, and 0 command...
That is right, there is no Alester since he was killed by Melisandre but there is Davos on his place if you look more closely. Since Alester is dead, Axell is the new lord of Brightwater Keep and Davos is King's hand. I am quite surprise that Redfort had no traits since I gave it to him at the beginning on my work but of which other generals you are talking about?
I am for one turn peace because Gregor Clegane starts on enemy territory and Tully can kill him even before he can do anything but we can also vote on this question if you like.

It would be pretty easy for the admin to just throw the starting loyalty trait and a basic command trait just to make the general usable...
Yep, i must have forgotten to do just that. I'll upload the correct save for Stannis and see about adding LoyaltyStarter to a few generals that desperately need it.
Stannis Up! - http://www.mediafire.com/download/aa..._Stannis_1.sav - Please use this save, it fixs Seagard and i gave Redfort the LoyaltyStarter trait so he's not utterly useless.
I cant edit generals to much as it's not my mod. If Matto wishes traits tweaked i'm happy to do so but until he tells me to do so, i wont be doing so...

Do the rules in the OP stand? No more, no less?

I'm willing to discuss certain ones and stick them to a vote. If the majority believe there needs to be a change, like Heroic Victory's for example, then i'm up for voting.
I agree with Matto on the building rule...
Destroying buildings is not allowed in these 3 situations:
- If the settlement is under siege
- A far superior army is one turn away from the settlement. *exception: if it is turn one it is allowed
- You have not yet held that settlement for 3 turns *exception: does not apply on turn 1-3 on home regions
^^ I always use this rule in all my hotseatsI like it a lot also for starting settlements allowed to destroy everything expect armouries, blacksmiths and churches? What do u all think?
me , i will always be for "no destroying at all " read my post on the page 2 of this tread for explanation
Don't forget how it helped you in YBVIII a couple times. (I surely messed up, I know!) You were able to destroy my port, giving you money and time before I could rebuild and attack, again. I like the simple "1, 2, 3" rule. Armories and Blacksmiths aren't needed everywhere.
Nonetheless, name your rules. I will learn. I will adapt. I will get better.

Alrich & Mannis are for no destroying at all. Joff & Matto are for it being allowed with certain limitations. Personally i'm for it being allowed, but my vote don't count.
We'll wait on others to vote seeing as we are waiting on Mannis to play his turn anyway. We'll change it based on the votes by the time Mannis plays his turn.
^ This is why i prefer the limitations on destroying, namely the 'you have not yet held that settlement for 3 turns' part.
One more thing before I go to bed and let you guys settle everything. Very important! One turn peace, yes or no??
Matto didn't seem to think it was necessary and the majority of factions, like Tully for example, play before their aggressors. So i'm going to say no one turn peace.
There must be one turn peace for tully as Jamie can still attack riverrun and Twyin stacks attack pinkmadien. I vote yes for souls proposalproposal
Tully moves before Lannister, so Tully has a chance to fort himself from Lannister assault. I'm unsure of the starting positions but Tully should be able to protect themselves in the first turn.
Looking at the map, in Turn1 i can fort off Riverrun and Pinkmaiden easily. Any assault Lannister could attempt on Turn1 would likely fail. If Lannister moved before Tully then i'd agree that a one turn peace would be needed.
Who is Tully? Arrow. Yeah, he'll be just fine. Unless it's requested, i don't believe it's needed.
