Default Aging one year per one year

I want to play this mod as aging one year per one year ( for example, 20 years old in 101, 21 years old in 102, 22 years old in 103, etc.). Help me, please...

    Do you mean characters' aging?

    Yes, characters' aging.

Heroes' lifespan is determined by scripts. They all spawn and die at a defined turn. Aging doesn't play a role.

I think what he's really asking for is the time between turns.

I think he means that the characters that actually age will age one year for every turn that ends.
Example: if Princess Zelda the first is 20 on the first turn then on the second she would be 21 instead of the default aging process.

I do think OP means the speed of the campaign timer compared to the speed of character age timer. They are separate, and characters usually age 1/2 year per turn, while turn time is 2 years per turn in Hyrule and 1,5 years in unmodded M2TW. You can see this from the descr_campaign_db.xml-file and under imperial campaign folder in the descr_strat file. As character maximum age, a hard-coded feature that can not be entirely removed I think, is set to be 999 years, timers will not have such a great effect after all.

So shortly to the OP: You can have your character aging at the speed you want by going to the descr_strat file in the imperial campaign folder, opening it with notepad and changing the time scale factor to 0.50 . However, make a backup, it does not take longer than a couple of seconds and in the case something goes wrong it is nice to be able to repair changes instantly. You should however understand, that some historical events may be tied to the campaign date timer and if it advances slower, the events will also come later. I am not sure, but be prepared for the possibility.
