    Default What table effects the "levy from satrapy"?

    I want to make it so more units can be levied from a satrapy. How do I do this?

    You can recruit any unit that the province you are in can recruit. If they have top tier barracks, you can recruit top tier units of theirs. If not, you can't.

    Can you edit so you can recruit more than one at a time?
