changing stats

hi, i've a question. i noticed, that the thrace kingdom and pontus are really powerful in the game. thrace conquer greek every game, it's a little bit boring. so i want to change the stats of the bestearnes. but how? im a noob in modding

Well I do not hink "always" is the correct word bcs I know it...it depends with what faction the human player starts. (And DarthMod campaign)

In my E/E campaign, Pontus and Thrace are gone. The Dacians own Thraces territory and now the Brutii are taking over the Macedon and Greek Cities area. And I just found out that across the sea of Byzantium are the Egyptians, so I am holding my breathe to see how massive they are when I get to them. I like the fog of war on and hate when the Romans ally with other factions, so I know that Scythia is alive.

Yes, I play on E/E, but I modded the game for 0 recruitment so its mass hording all the time.
